Dr. Timothy Flock began practicing in the Lewis-Clark Valley in 1995 and retired at the end of 2021. His specialty training was at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York, New York, and he had his fellowship training at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
He dedicated himself to lower extremity surgery from the knee down as well as to all fracture work, apart from spine and pelvic fractures. In his career, Dr. Flock performed more than 80 total ankle replacements, 20 total big toe replacements, and over 1,000 knee replacements.
Dr. Flock was the only foot and ankle subspecialized orthopedic surgeon as well as the only member of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association in the quad cities (Lewiston, Clarkston, Pullman, and Moscow).
