FREE SPORTS SCREENINGS! | The new school year will be here before we know it. Make sure your athlete is ready!

• Date: Wednesday, July 28th
• Time: 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
• Where: Our office in Lewiston located at 320 Warner Drive

Requirements for your screening:

• Before the screening, please download, print, and complete the forms found on your school's website
• An adult must be present
• Masks are recommended
• Wear shorts and a t-shirt
• Bring glasses or contacts
