Current Employment Opportunities:

  • Cast Technician (Full-Time)
    • We are seeking a talented individual who can provide patient-focused care in a fast-paced, multi-provider clinic. This position requires a fundamental knowledge of technical work with orthopedic bracing and casting related activities. Candidates must support teamwork, have a positive attitude, and provide a high level of patient care. We offer a full comprehensive range of benefits and a competitive wage based on experience. Minimum requirements: high school graduate
    • Essential Functions:
      • Application of casts, per physician order, using a variety of materials including plaster and synthetic casting materials
      • Shape cast to ensure maximum comfort and minimum unnecessary pressures
      • Customize splints and braces as necessary for patient use
      • Application and adjustment of orthopedic devices, such as braces and splints
      • Adjust hinged orthopedic devices to physician specifications
      • Instruct patient on use, adjustment, and adaptation and care of device and casts
      • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
      • Perform appropriate documentation and patient education related to cast or splinting and as directed by physician, physician assistant, or registered nurse
      • Ability to flexibly respond to changing demands
      • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Patient Support Specialist (Full-Time)
    • We are looking to add a customer serviced focused individual to our team. The Patient Support Specialist is responsible for being the first point of contact for patients checking in at the front desk. Provide patient registration and insurance verification. Work collaboratively with all clinical services staff to support patient registration with the check-in process.
    • Duties include:
      • Check-in patients arriving for their appointment
      • Register, verify insurance and authorizations for patients
      • Fax office visit notes to referring providers.
      • Scan documents into the EHR.
      • Maintain working knowledge and operative skills of computer systems.
      • Be able to plan and complete delegated tasks.

  • Registered Nurse (Full-Time)
    • We are seeking a talented individual who can provide patient-focused care in a fast-paced, multi-provider clinic. Candidates must support teamwork, have a positive attitude, and provide a high level of medical care to our patients. Previous orthopedic experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
    • Essential Functions:
      • Room patients and prepare them for examination by physician
      • Prepare for and assist physician with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments
      • Triage patient phone calls and answers patient questions and concerns
      • Schedule follow-up appointments, tests, and surgical procedures for patients
      • Adhere to infection control/safety guidelines and maintain equipment, instruments, and supplies
      • Perform nursing procedures including blood draws, wound care, and patient assessments
      • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA Guidelines
      • Assist physicians with recording patient progress notes, issues, diagnostic orders, and transcribing orders
      • Ability to flexibly respond to changing demands
      • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Minimum Requirements:
      • Graduation from an accredited nursing program required
      • Current Idaho State RN Licensure required
      • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required
      • Previous orthopedic experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate

  • Certified Coder (Full-Time)
    • On-site certified coder to join our busy orthopedic office. Requirements: coding certification, knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 codes, and CPT code procedures, and the ability to perform mathematical calculations. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, holiday pay, and retirement.
