Flock is a graduate of Columbia University's College of Physicians& Surgeons in

York City. His orthopedic training was at the New York Orthopaedic Hospital at
the Columbia-
Presbyterian Medical Center. He later completed a fellowship in foot and ankle
surgery at
Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.Dr. Flock's areas of
interest and expertise are foot and ankle surgery, shoulder surgery, knee
surgery. and trauma surgery.
He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American
Orthopedic
Foot and Ankle Society, and the Orthopedic Trauma Association.
